These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations. Please read them carefully before using this site or purchasing tickets for the 3DISE Conference in Prague, Czechia.

By using this site and its services, you expressly understand and agree that:
The site and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the site, its content, or any services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION
Orders are processed only after the verification of billing details.
If incorrect billing or payment details are provided, processing and delivery may be delayed.
If we are unable to verify the provided billing information, the order may be canceled, and the ticket(s) may be sold to another customer without further notice.

PRICING ERRORS AND TRANSACTION ISSUES
If a ticket price is incorrect due to an error, whether technical or human, the Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket order and issue a refund.
If you purchase a ticket before an official sale or presale date due to an error, your order may also be canceled and refunded.

UNLAWFUL RE-SALE OF TICKETS
The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of 3DISE Conference tickets is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without a refund.
Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without written authorization from the Event Organizer.

SPEAKERS, SESSIONS, AND PROGRAM CHANGES
Speakers, panelists, and sessions are subject to change without prior notice.
No refunds will be provided due to changes in the speaker lineup or agenda, as long as the event itself takes place as scheduled.

NO REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASE
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request a name change for the ticket, subject to approval by the Event Organizer.

RAIN OR SHINE POLICY
The 3DISE Conference will take place rain or shine.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless otherwise decided by the Event Organizer.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT
In the event of cancellation or postponement, we will notify attendees as soon as possible.
If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a refund according to the official refund policy.
If the event is postponed, ticket holders will have the option to use their ticket for the rescheduled date or request a refund.
Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method and in accordance with the Event Organizer’s policies
